Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At Duratek Doors all doors are in stock and ready to be shipped within 1-3 business days. We take pride in delivering your doors safely and efficiently via freight. Please make sure you contact us prior to your order if you have any questions. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery process. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to unload, inspect and receive the order.

**Inspection & Damages must be noted before signing for the delivery, carefully inspect your order for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage, please note it on the receipt and contact us immediately with photos of the damage. Failure to note damage upon delivery may limit your eligibility for a return.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted only in the case of damage that is reported at the time of delivery. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements, or changes in preference. Any items that were received damaged and the shipping policy instructions was followed was followed will be replaced or refunded once the damage has been verified.
